This year I wore Shift's Envy Jacket, Silhouette Jeans and Stealth Gloves and here is my post-season review of them. The jacket and gloves are light-weight, textile and breathable, perfect for summer riding. I wore the pants year round, admittedly I threw under-armor under them for New York January and February riding, but they are as light as Kevlar riding pants are going to get for the rest of the year. The jacket was awesome for stunting, loose enough to let me move, but fitted enough to not get hung up on anything.
I believe in wearing gear, the heat or discomfort from wearing it all the time is worth it when I end up on the ground. The key to getting yourself to always put it on is to find your style and gear that compliments what you do on your motorcycle.
