RSS6 and the French Stunt Tour World Premiere

This weekend was the "Rassemblement des Stunteurs du Sud" which is the "Meeting of the South Stuntriders," an annual event that takes place in southern France. For the last six years the "meeting" has grown and now is a staple in French riding culture, bringing in riders from all over France and even other European countries. Our friends from Switch Riders covered the event providing pictures of some amazing Frenchie riding and a special peek into the ground breaking premiere that also took place last weekend.

The fact that a whole country of riders comes together every year for a giant session is rad in itself, but this year was extra special featuring the world premiere of the much-anticipated French Stunt Tour DVD. After killing the lot all day, nearly 200 riders sat down for some serious HD stunt documentary action. Hugo from the French Stunt Tour crew said, "After 1 year of filming with all of (the riders) you can imagine how excited we were to show them the final project." The night was a crowning victory after so much work and an awesome visual display of how far the stunt community has come since its early days of power wheelies.

It was clearly an emotional weekend for the French Stunt Tour crew and all the riders of France who took part in the filming and supporting the project. Hugo even left us with a cliff hanger comment in the weekend's conclusion, "The RSS6 and this movie premiere will be in our memories for ever and we can't wait to be there next year. Maybe with another project..."
