Production quality feedback:
I'm assuming this is shot with an iPhone? First things I would consider are shooting in horizontal 16:9 format. Next, I would place the camera/phone on a solid surface so it is more stable like a tripod. Never shoot a person when there is more light behind them than in front (such as near the end of the video)
Video content feedback:
I'm not sure what the purpose of this video was? Is it meant to support current sponsors or to try to acquire new sponsors? If it is supporting current sponsors, I would talk more about them and what they offer as well as add their logos to the beginning or end or both. If you are looking for sponsors, you need to sell yourself and talk about what you have to offer to new companies to help get their name out and get them new business.
