
Australia’s Dave Mckenna is officially the first Yamaha sponsored stunt rider on his continent. He recently received his fleet of Yamaha’s – an R1, R6, wr250, wr450 and a Raptor 700 to put on for shows and fans. Mckenna is also the face of Australia’s “Wheelie Zone” stunt school. The school features a wheelie simulator using a Yamaha YZF-R1 and after the simulator students move onto live bikes to learn balance and brake control. Of the sponsorship McKenna says, “Thanks again to Yamaha for backing me 100%.
